Shipping and delivery policy
Burna Collectables processes and ships small orders, within 1-2 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-5 business days. Furniture, ART – Unique Objects, will not be shipped in this condition. Burna Collectables will contact you personally for this option of shipping.
We are shipping worldwide.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by Burna Collectables. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time turns out to be longer. Burna Collectables strives to deliver the order within a certain period of time. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. Our customer service team will do their best to notify you of any unexpected delays.
By placing an order at Burna Collectables, you warrant us that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
We assure that all purchased items are of high standard and quality. We have a 8 day return policy. If you want to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following:
Returns will be accepted within 8 days after delivery. We are not responsible for the transport costs of the return. Please note when returning an item, a refund will only take place when the product is unused, send back in the original packaging and contains a note or an email with the details of the return: your name, order number and reason of return.
Item must be in the same condition as when you received the item; Unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging.
We cannot give any guarantee on purchased items that are not used according our terms and conditions. The customer is advised to follow our care guidelines for long-lasting enjoyment of purchased items.Before sending the item, please send us an email, stating the reason why you are returning the item.
Items returned without a response from Burna Collectables will not be accepted.
Items which are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged during shipment, the item cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted as return.
If your return is accepted, it is ready for shipment.

Please use always a Track & Trace, so you can always keep an eye on the status of your article. Return costs are for the buyer.
Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the refund has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded with your original payment method. Please note, refunds may take some time before payment is processed.
